Form correction, sword form and fencing

37 posture form as taught by Chen Man Ching. This class is geared for students who have moved beyond the first third and aim to complete the entire 37 posture form

We will start from the very beginning and build weekly to deepen our knowledge and understanding of key aspects of alignment and build a strong familiarity with the core principles of the 37 posture form

We will start with the very roots of the practice with a full introduction to Chen Man Ching's Yang style short form with Qi gong warm ups and an initiation into the core Taoist concept of 'Non-Doing'

By donation: A weekly get together for Sensing Hands and Fencing. Jody will supervise and instruct.
